Call for Bids to Host the 14th Elective Congress

The Secretariat of the All-Africa Students Union (AASU) invites bids from interested Member Unions to host the 14th Elective Congress—scheduled for late 3rd quarter or early last quarter of 2025 (in any of the months of September, October, or November). This two-day Congress aims to bring together student leaders from across Africa to chart the future of our Union.

Interested Member Organisations are requested to submit an expression of interest letter which should touch on these points:

  • Propose a city and, if possible, indicate hotel and conference venues.
  • Identify the principal government agency or sponsor to fund the Congress (attach a breakdown of logistics such as flights, accommodation, meals, ground transport, visa waivers, and conference materials).
  • Indicate any potential co-hosts or partners who may collaborate in organizing the Congress.

Appel A Candidature Pour Accueillir Le 14eme Congres Electif

Le Secrétariat de l’Union Panafricaine Des Etudiants (AASU) invite les syndicats membres intéressés à se porter candidats pour accueillir le 14eme Congrès électif, prévu à la fin du troisième trimestre ou au début du dernier trimestre 2025 (au cours des mois de septembre, octobre ou novembre). Ce congrès de deux jours a pour but de rassembler les leaders étudiants de toute l’Afrique afin de tracer l’avenir de notre Union.

Les organisations membres intéressées sont priées de soumettre une lettre de manifestation d’intérêt qui devrait aborder les points suivants:

  • Proposer une ville et, si possible, indiquer les hôtels et les lieux de conférence.
  • Identifier l’agence gouvernementale principale ou le sponsor qui financera le congrès (joindre une ventilation de la logistique telle que les vols, l’hébergement, les repas, le transport terrestre, les dispenses de visa et le matériel de conférence).
  • Indiquer les éventuels co-organisateurs ou partenaires susceptibles de collaborer à l’organisation du congrès.

Chamada de Propostas Para Sediar o 14º Congresso Eletivo

A Secretaria da All-Africa Students Union (AASU) convida as Uniões Membros interessadas a apresentarem candidaturas para sediar o 14º Congresso Eletivo—previsto para o final do terceiro trimestre ou início do último trimestre de 2025 (em qualquer um dos meses de setembro, outubro ou novembro). Este Congresso, que terá duração de dois dias, tem como objetivo reunir líderes estudantis de toda a África para definir o futuro de nossa União.

As Organizações Membros interessadas devem enviar uma carta de manifestação de interesse que aborde os seguintes pontos:

  • Propor uma cidade e, se possível, indicar hotel e locais de conferência.
  • Identificar o principal órgão governamental ou patrocinador responsável pelo financiamento do Congresso (anexar detalhamento logístico, incluindo passagens aéreas, acomodação, refeições, transporte terrestre, isenções de visto e materiais de conferência).
  • Indicar qualquer co-organizador ou parceiro potencial que possa colaborar na organização do Congresso.
